Vice president in charge of Economy, Employment, Commerce, Digital and Public Order
Emeline Baume has been elected local environmentalist in 2008. First in charge of Green Spaces and Social and Solidarity Economy in the 1st arrondissement of Lyon, then elected metropolitan delegate to the Circular Economy and Waste Prevention, she carried the territorial approach "Territory zero waste, zero waste". She is President of the National Council of the Circular Economy label. Since July 2020, she has been Deputy Vice-President for Economy, Employment, Trade, Digital and Public Procurement at the Métropole de Lyon. She is a graduate in Biology, Communication and Economics, and has carried out various technical missions as well as project support in associations, companies and communities.
