Jean-Luc Brossard, a civil mining engineer (60), began his career at Matra Automobile in 1986, where he was successively Head of Testing, Project Director (Avantime Renault, Espace, etc.), and then Technical Director. In 2003, he joined Ferrari as Project Manager Coupé-Spider, then Maserati in 2005 as Technical Director, Product Development and Fiat Executive Line Vehicles. In 2007, he became Vice-President of Engineering at Pininfarina. At the end of 2008, he returned to France to join PSA Peugeot Citroën as Director of Advanced Engineering and Innovations. From 2015 to 2021, he was seconded to the PFA (Automotive and Mobility Sector) as Director of R&D and to this day from the Low Environmental Footprint Vehicle program. He is also Vice President Research and Innovation of the NextMove competitiveness cluster and Director CSS at ACEA since 2022.
